Apollo Brick operates a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the clay bricks we manufacture are compliant with, and exceed, SANS 227 specifications Each range is available in one of two classifications. NFP bricks, rated at a (minimum of 7MPa), suit general building work that will be plastered. NFX bricks, rated at a (minimum of 14MPa), suit damp conditions, below-ground work, and structural or load-bearing applications, plastered or unplastered.
As clay is a natural material and brickmaking involves a firing process, slight variations in colour, weight and water absorption may occur between production batches and between our two plants.
