Apollo Brick has supplied clay bricks to a range of projects across Gauteng and the Western Cape, working alongside the developers, architects and contractors who brought them to life.
From a single retail development requiring 160,000 bricks to a residential estate exceeding 4 million, our project experience spans schools, student accommodation, residential developments and major retail projects. Although most of the projects below are complete, a few are still under construction and we have noted where that applies.

Volley Roper
Student Accommodation Brooklyn
Volley Roper is upmarket student accommodation at 260 Roper Street in Brooklyn, Pretoria, within close proximity of the University of Pretoria. Developed by Bow & Arc as part of the Volley Student Living portfolio, it places equal emphasis on the building and the student experience, with amenities including a pool, gym, private cinema and rooftop lounge.
The site had no direct access for material deliveries, so every brick was offloaded at pavement level and lifted into position by crane. That required close coordination with the site foreman throughout a nine-month build programme, including work through December, from breaking ground to completion.
